#1 Eat Healthy
If you want to make a better body, you’re gonna have to change your eating habits.
Don’t get this wrong – you don’t have to be on a “diet”, you’re just gonna have some healthy food habits.
This is the first and most important thing, when it comes to losing weight, getting and staying fit.
So, forget the word diet, just eat healthy, clean food, full of protein, greens, vitamins and fibers.
Eating healthy is the best habit you can have in your life. You’ll FEEL better and LOOK better!
You can’t stay fit if you eat unhealthy, junk and fast food.

#2 Working Out Should Be A Priority
You have to give in order to take back!
That’s how fitness actually works.
Working out is actually one of THE MOST IMPORTANT things when it comes to getting and staying fit.
So, when you wake up, you should plan your day in a way that you have to find that 1 hour for working out.
the coffee, the shopping in the mall, your friends, everyone can wait!
You just need to find that hour, work out, and then you can do whatever you want to!
#3 Follow A Workout Program
Having a workout plan is the key to getting fit.
The first step to success is actually finding the best plan and stick to it.
Without a good workout routine, you are just going to be lost in the gym.
You should have cardio and strength workout plan.
Most of the girls, don’t know what to do when they are in the gym, so they just make random choices on what machines they should work on, and have no idea what muscle groups they are working out.
DON’T BE THAT GIRL!
Be the one that is fit, sexy, dedicated and confident, and get yourself a workout plan!
#4 Never Rest More Than 3 Days
Your rest should be one or two days.
Never rest more than 3 days.
Exercise, even if you only have 30 minutes to do it.
A short cardio session is better than nothing.
#5 Don’t Skip The Cardio
You have to do cardio!
Believe me it is very important in the staying fit process.
There is no weight loss without cardio, there are no muscles without cardio, and most important of all, there is not a healthy heart without cardio.
So don’t even think about skipping it!
Just remember to always do it right after the strength training – never before!
#6 Invest In A Fitness Equipment
There are days when we just cannot get to a gym.
In case of these situations, it is for the best to have some fitness equipment at home, so that you can make the workout routine in the comfort of your own home.
Buy an orbitreak, or a skipping rope, or you can buy some free weights or workout bands, just in case you couldn’t make it to the gym.
They are budget friendly, and they are really effective.
Every fit girl got to have a plan B, right?
There are many home gym workout plans that you can use.
ANY WORKOUT is 100 times better than NO workout.
#7 Exercise When You’re Sore
In fact, you’re making it even worse if you call it a rest day.
You don’t have to do intense weight training when you are in pain, but a light workout will not harm your sore.
In fact, it may actually help reduce the pain.
The rest is a part of the getting fit process too.
You should sleep at least 8 hours a day.
If you want to have energy for your daily workout activities, make sure to sleep like a baby.
#9 Keep Alcohol Drinking To A Minimum
Alcohol is one of the fitness’s worst enemies.
You can have it now and then, but remember alcohol is a pure calorie drink, and it will screw up your workout the day after, because you’ll probably feel tired.
So try to keep the weekend alcohol drinking to a minimum.
#BONUS: Give 100% In The Gym
Give it all while you work out.
Sweat, cry, be in pain, but don’t give up and give your all 100% and even more!
Lifting should be hard and it should be designed with the perfect weight, and the perfect reps needed for you to tone your muscles.
Half ass workouts won’t get you the fitness model body, you’re gonna need a lot more than what you can take.
