Laziness is one of the worst fitness enemies. You can get over everything, but laziness can destroy your motivation in a second. Constant workout is the key to staying fit and living a healthy life. But, it’s really hard to stay motivated and to make that first step – get your ass off the couch. There are many excuses for not working out, “I’m tired”, “It’s cold outside”, “I’m not in the mood today”, “I will do it tomorrow” – which are not really a reason for not doing it. The only reason is the laziness and because of that I am going to give you a guide on how to get over the laziness and stay fit. This is one for all of you lazy girls out there! You have to make it clear in your mind how bad do you want it? Do you want to make it a lifestyle and be fit, healthy and sexy for the rest of your life, or you want to do it for the summer’s body. Either way it asks for motivation and commitment, so before you get started, make sure you set your goal and think of how important is this for you! Say to yourself that you are going to do it, no matter what. Write it on the mirror, to remind yourself not to give up!

Buy Workout Clothing

I bet you think that what you wear to the gym doesn’t matter because you’re just going to get all sweaty anyway, right? Well, workout clothing might not be the most important thing for you, when it comes to planning your workout routine, but it is important for a number of reasons. Workout clothing puts you in the zone for sure. If you go to the gym or work out at home in your regular clothes, you are much less likely to take your training seriously.
Wearing workout clothes will increase your confidence, for sure. When you look like somebody who works out, you will feel and act like somebody who works out.

You have to make it a habit. Otherwise, it’s all worthless. You have to make sure that it is the most important thing in the world to you. There are many easy ways and tips on how to make it a habit, just like you don’t skip the morning teeth brushing.

– Always exercise at the same time
– Use an alarm as a reminder
– Do not rest for more than two days
– Look for a partner who already has a habit and get a workout buddy
– Exercise even if you are tired

There are days in our life when we just cannot make it to the gym. We don’t have time to go to the gym, or maybe it’s too cold outside to make that first step. Because of that, it would be a great idea to make an exercising area at home. You may think this is very expensive and you need a lot of space, but I’m here to show you how to make it with lower budget. I have a home gym space over a year now, so believe me it makes a big difference.
You may be too tired to go to the gym, but you cannot make an excuse to yourself if you can make it at home.

Make Constant Changes

Doing the same old workout routine may make you even lazier. You can be bored with it in a very short amount of time. So, bring something new in every training. New exercises bring excitement and fun. Change at least one of your exercises each training, and you will get better results. Not only on your motivation level, but on the measurement results too, and that is your goal.

Music is a very important factor that can make your level of motivation high. The music that plays while you work out has to be powerful. Try to make a list of your favorite songs, or maybe find a motivational playlist online and you will get better results. Last but not least, your eating habits. In the end it is not that bad if you skip the training today, but it is really important what you’ve eaten. One of the best things about eating clean is that it’s pretty simple and easy to follow. Cooking clean is a breeze and takes no time at all. There should be no excuses and no reason to rely on healthy eating when you can cook up a piece of salmon and veggies in 10 minutes.
