If you are trying to lose weight, you are exercising daily and you don’t see any results, or if the results are minimal, you should’t stop trying. Probably, you are just doing something wrong. So, I am going to give you a list of the 5 biggest mistakes that are holding you back. Let’s get started!

You Are Not Giving 100%

The first thing that is a big mistake, and is holding you back 100%, is that you are not training hard enough. This is a big mistake, because if you are not giving 100% in the gym, you can find yourself in a position where you are not getting positive results. So girls, get the beast out of you when you are in the gym.

You Are Not Eating Healthy

Fitness and healthy living are not just a temporary process. You have to eat healthy every single day of your life. You should forget about unhealthy food because if you stop eating healthy you will gain weight. Junk food can destroy your body and your health in a few months and it doesn’t matter if you’ve eaten healthy for the last few years. So, you can have pizza now and then, but never ever stop eating healthy.

You Don’t Have A Goal

There are many goals you can set for yourself. Starting from losing weight, to getting healthier, or maybe tonning your muscles, you can set many goals. Saying that you want to get in shape is fine for getting you in the gym your first week, but if you want to change your life and get somewhere, you should set a target and aim for it.

You Don’t Have A Plan

You got to have a workout plan. Otherwise, you can mess it all up, and you’ll find yourself getting lost in the gym, and not doing much. You Are Not Sleeping Enough

To make the best out of your training, you have to rest. This means that you not only must have rest days, but you need to sleep a lot. You need to sleep at least 8 hours, so you can have the energy to make the best out of the training, and that leads to better results.
