I’ve said many, many times, that the first step to success is having a plan. Without a plan, you are just going to be lost. Most of the girls, don’t know what to do when we are in the gym, so they just make random choices on what machines they should work on, and don’t have any idea what muscle groups they are working on.
So, because of that, I decided to show you my workout plans and workout programs, and help all of you out there, that are willing to work hard to achieve your fitness goal. You should know what to do before you make the first step in the gym, in order to have bigger progress. Pick one of these workout programs, and you’ll get the best result, I promise!
Weight Loss Program
The weight loss program is a program for all the girls out there, that want to lose the extra pounds on their bodies. This is a perfect program for extreme weight loss. Of course, you will have to do it several months, even years in order to see the results, but believe me it works! Here’s the program Weight Loss Program.
Well, this is what happens when you want something so bad! You give everything you have and more to succeed. This is another story of a girl who one day decided to change her life, so she could change her body and mind. She is one of my best friends, and one of my biggest supporters. She wanted it so bad, so here she is, not there yet, but she will be! She often says: “I always thought I just wanted to look good, until I realized what it feels like to be strong!” So, motivate yourself fit babes, because everything you want can get to you, as soon as you work your ass off! Tonning Workout Program
The second program is the tonning workout program. Don’t get me wrong, you can lose weight with this program too, but the amount of cardiovascular exercises are a little bit shorter here, and the accent is on strength training.
This is a workout program that I use myself. This workout program is perfect for all of you girls, that want to look not just skinny, but toned too, and that is much sexier. Here it is Tonning Workout Program.
This is a friend of mine. She started going to the gym 3 years ago. She started doing the Weight Loss Program, and started eating healthy and clean. Should I be sore after my workouts. If yes and I’m not do I need to lift heavier I’m lifting heavy now and can only do about 10 reps but I wasn’t sore after my last workout.

Yes you should be sore, and if you’re not, you have to push harder. Soreness means that your muscles were really challenged, and that’s what it takes to make it all work – to get out of your comfort zone.
10 reps are just fine :)
Also be careful not to lose the form, because that’s one more reason why you don’t feel sore – not doing the exercises right.

Is it true that drinking too much water will blow you up and if I don’t eat will I gain or lose weight?
No, that’s not true.
You cannot gain weight if you drink too much water.

I have been working out & I lost 8.8lbs in 6 wks. Now I weighed this past wk & it says I gained 9lbs! What happened? Why isn’t scale moving?:( I am working out 5 days a wk at least an hr everyday & drink my water & watch my diet. Help plz. I don’t want to lose my motivation.

Don’t worry girl, that happens a lot and it happened to me too.
That’s why you shouldn’t weight yourself on the scale.
You see, our body is complex and it’s not only the fat that weights but bones, organs, water etc.
You may have water retention these days for example – this happens to me all the time, after eating something spicy or the week before my period.
If you exercise daily and eat clean healthy foods, there’s no reason to get demotivated because you’re on the right path.
