I’ve been dying to share my healthy diet program to lose weight with all of you and reveal every single detail on how I did it.
It pains me seeing you struggle to achieve your dream body, not knowing what to do, being confused and constantly unmotivated, feeling like you’re going one step forward than two steps back.
I’ve been there too, and I know it feels like running in circle all the time – it has to stop!

It’s a real challenge to stay fit in the “toxic” environment of today, surrounded by this epidemic of magic solutions—low carb diets, low fat products, conspiracies that actually sound like they make sense, but in real life they just don’t work.
But I don’t really believe in diets, I believe in real food. I believe in eating as much as you crave, as long as the foods you eat are healthy and clean.

That’s why I designed a plan that gets the whole picture of what’s really healthy and give you my entire knowledge of healthy food unselfishly and fully.

The second chapter is dedicated to some basic rules when trying to eating healthy and lose weight.
More than half of the so-called “nutrition and health” blogs out there are just fakes trying to make profit and have nothing to do with an actual nutrition knowledge, so we’ll bust some myths and get to know the real basics of healthy meals and eating for weight loss.
