Working out is really important when it comes to maintaining a healthy and balanced life, especially if our goal is losing weight, getting fit or just getting healthy overall.

As I explain in my eBook The Hungry Fit Girl, nutrition is crucial when it comes to weight loss, but in the process of getting fit you need to spice it all up with a good workout at least 4 times a week.

But what if we don’t have time to workout?

I hear you all, it’s pretty hard to make time to workout, especially when we visit a gym that is 20 minutes away, right?

But what if I told you that you won’t have to worry about making time for workout, since it can be performed in the comfort of your own home, for just 30 minutes a day.

Well, thanks to the internet we all have access to thousands of workout videos and tutorials on how to burn some fat in the comfort of your home.

That’s why, I have for you today the best full body fat burner workouts, to absolutely sweat the fat off!

They’re mostly HIIT workouts that are fast and intense, but that’s exactly what we need to blast that fat away!

Why HIIT Workouts Are Best For Weight Loss

  • Quick and convenient
  • Burn lots of calories in less time
  • Use only your body weight – usually no equipment needed
  • Get your heart rate up while strengthening the cardiovascular system
  • Can be done anywhere (and anytime)
  • Losing fat
  • Strengthening muscles
  • Developing “work capacity” (i.e. the ability to tolerate a high level of intensity for a longer period)
  • Developing “mental toughness” and builds up your sense of pushing harder.

In other words, HIIT training makes you feel and look like a real badass.

They’re a great choice whenever you want to sweat it off, and if preformed 4 times a week, they provide great results.

Just keep in mind to never settle with anything less than 30 minutes, if you want great results.

10 or 15 minute workouts are most certainly not enough if you’re trying to lose weight and get better body.

I really loved this workout, it kicked my butt indeed.

After a cardio warm up, it jumps right into the HIIT workout, which uses intervals of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds active rest, three times through for each set.

The exercises target the glutes, thighs, and core, and there is a heavy emphasis on both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Cooldown and stretch is included.
