Oh yes it does!
I would say, it&#039;s more a mental thing than physical.
If you convince your mind you can, you&#039;ll do amazing things!
Because of the time range, you can do as many reps as you can, so if you are a beginner you&#039;ll do let&#039;s say 4 reps in the range of 45 sec and if you are intermediate or advanced maybe you&#039;ll do 15 reps.
It&#039;s all up to you.
The reps don&#039;t matter as long as you are consistent in what you do, and you are doing your personal best :)
