Well, I had digestion issues too. You can eat bananas too, but in combination with milk, like a shake or something. Yogurt will do nothing but good for your digestions, and the dried fruit too. Also, a tip, combine the nuts with honey - it taste great, it will give you energy, and it is Digesty-friendly :)]]></description>

If I eat nuts and stuff like that I get a bit stomach achy since I have digestion issues.  But this is a reminder that I really need to fuel properly before exercising!  :)]]></description>
