Minimal equipment
To make a change, we need to push our body to the max. That’s why I designed the BBB program using basic equipment:

- Kettlebell (at least 1)
- Booty Band

Short but Effective
20-30 minutes a day, high intensity, fast, and explosive movements will keep your body in the fat burning zone even after finishing the training. Each training is unique – your body won’t adapt to the exercises.
