I especially appreciated the bit about a caloric deficit invariably leading to processed junk food, as if we don&#039;t have a choice in the matter.

99% of overweight people do in fact need to simply be more active, eat less processed food, and learn to listen to their bodies cues on when and how much to eat.

To be fair, there are good points made in regards to eating real food, having a better lifestyle, etc. But ultimately it is clearly aimed at less informed and motivationally destitute people who really just need to be shown that they don&#039;t have to be a slave to their emotions and habits.]]></description>
