Presila,
Don't worry girl, that happens a lot and it happened to me too.
That's why you shouldn't weight yourself on the scale.
You see, our body is complex and it's not only the fat that weights but bones, organs, water etc.
You may have water retention these days for example - this happens to me all the time, after eating something spicy or the week before my period.
If you exercise daily and eat clean healthy foods, there's no reason to get demotivated because you're on the right path.
Please, head on to my article about scales and learn how to track your results right: https://fitgirlsdiary.com/tracking-weight-loss-progress/
Also, if you have any other questions or concerns about anything at all, please feel free to contact me.
Love,
Monica

Hi Cindy,

Well it takes at least a month to see the first results, but when you start changing, the process will go faster and faster as time goes by. :)

No, that's not true.
You cannot gain weight if you drink too much water.
Don't worry.

Hi Melessa
Yes you should be sore, and if you're not, you have to push harder. Soreness means that your muscles were really challenged, and that's what it takes to make it all work - to get out of your comfort zone.
10 reps are just fine :)
Also be careful not to lose the form, because that's one more reason why you don't feel sore - not doing the exercises right.
All the best to you
