					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for reply i found this site very inspiring.... in morning before breakfast i do 45 minutes workout for flat belly jumping jacks squats leg rise squats pushups  crunches and plank 2 sets with 30 reps each.... now i want to introduce strength training ... should i continue this in morning and then do strength training in afternoon.... 
I cannot go for run in the morning can i do jumping jacks for cardio... i love doing some kind of activity in morning to keep me fresh n going... please suggest]]></description>

I would suggest you to invest in a few free weights - dumbbells, and in a set of resistance bands.

They are really effective and cheap.

Also, you can do all the exercises from the split training with the bands too.]]></description>
