					<description><![CDATA[Excellent tips! I try to live by all of these but there is ONE minor thing I disagree with. Muscles CAN come without cardio. When bodybuilders bulk up they don&#039;t do a lot of cardio if any because it will burn off too many calories and eat into the muscle they&#039;re trying to grow. I&#039;m not bashing cardio by any means. For fat loss it&#039;s definitely necessary, but it isn&#039;t for muscle gain. I&#039;m trying to gain muscle but still keep a little bit of cardio in my routine in the form of HIIT workouts because I still like the major sweat sessions on occasion.]]></description>
