Hey girl,
Well, you don&#039;t necessarily need the pre-workout, you&#039;re doing amazing with the post-workout smoothie (I&#039;ll try that combo myself :)
However, if you really want to gain some serious muscles, pre-workout can help a lot.
In the end, there&#039;s no harm in trying out something new - if you like the results you&#039;ll keep using it. If not, you&#039;ll have experience.
