In reply to <a href="https://fitgirlsdiary.com/iherb-best-high-protein-snacks/#comment-2616">Deborah Liebl</a>.

Deborah,
Yes I agree that ingredients are probably the most important thing when buying anything, but I figured you can all see the ingredients once you go to the product on iHerb.
They have several pictures of the product there, including 360 photo of the package where you can see the nutrition value of the product and the ingredients.
About the protein, I mentioned that the shake is protein concentrate, meaning it’s a slow digesting protein containing 25 grams of complete protein per serving.
And I personally prefer concentrate since it's more budget friendly, however I get the reason why people go for isolate - mainly because of the carbs which can mess up with your weight loss efforts.
I see your point, you're absolutely right.
I haven't mentioned what kind of protein is there in each product in particular, and I'm sorry about that.
I'll try to improve in the next reviews I do.
Thank you for your honest opinion.
Love,
Monica

My biggest question is that is the protein “WHEY ISOLATE?”
What are the major ingredients in all these protein products? I think the site needs more improvement such as ingredients and whether it’s “”ISOLATE “ type of protein. Many on the gastric bypass/sleeve watch for these things. People on the weight loss surgery (WLS), depend on these things when they find other products tasteless. There are more people on the WLS groups looking to make changes. I hope you will take into consideration listing the ingredients for each product so we know what we are buying. Many thanks!!
