You are a rude and unhelpful person. You have no idea what you are talking about. There is no formula for pregnancy. Everyone experiences things differently and you should keep your high abd mighty attitude to yourself.

I work as a paramedic in an ambulance company sp I have to lift heavy patients all 12 hours of my shift. I'm used to lifting but was concerned about my baby. As long as you know your limit and pay attention to your body and use correct technique, you should be fine I think. I'm five months pregnant and haven't stopped working out except when I got sick for a while and wasn't able to. It certainly helps the energy and the mood swings when you're able to get out there and be active! It's a big stress reliever for me. This was a great article and thanks for the advice!

Unfit moms, perhaps. But moms who worked out before and during pregnancy, and especially ones who lift, should have strong backs and legs.

Well done and good for you! :)
Unfortunately, many moms to be are suffering from lower back pain during the pregnancy, so it gets pretty challenging to go up the stairs, not to mention performing a workout session.
However, keep it up girl!
