Hi Siena,
Proteins, veggies and healthy carbs in each meal, is the key to eating healthy.
So make sure to have them included in each meal to keep your nutrition on point.

And of course, you can start exercising and build some muscles!
I can suggest you my workout program RADIATE https://fitgirlsdiary.com/radiate-program/
5 times a week is more than enough exercise, and you can start slow and easy, and add up on weights as soon as you feel all warmed up with exercising.
About the equipment, I got everything on amazon :)

Let me know if you need anything else from me.
You can also contact me privately via the "contact me" form or on the email contact@fitgirlsdiary.com <3

Hi :-) I had gastric bypass surgery just over a year ago. I can't eat huge meals and so my calorie count is still quite low. Any tipps on how I can make sure to get enough nutrition? I've got some loose skin and I want to see if I can build uo a bubble butt in one year and hopefully avoid surgery. How much can you recommend me to train? And how can I achieve an overload at home? Where have you bought your equipment? :-)
