    No, they do not repeat. Each day is different, with different intervals and different exercises.

    Yes. For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a mini band.

    Absolutely! This program is designed for any fitness level. If you are a beginner you will move
    slower and lift lighter, if you are intermediate or advanced you will lift heavier and move faster.
    Plus, for harder exercises, you will always get a modified version for beginners. There is room to
    grow now matter what type of fitness level you are.
