About the ab workout, for starter you can try my diamond abs workout, here&#039;s a link: https://fitgirlsdiary.com/2016/03/23/diamond-abs-workout-collection-of-the-best-ab-exercises-for-women/
Also, it would be better to include some plyo and HIIT moves when it comes to your abs.

Hi again,  I am onto day 3 today and I am so sore - but it feels great!
