Mix the rolled oats with the low-fat Greek yogurt and chia seeds.
Cut the banana into circles and add it on top of the oats, together with the raspberries. You can use whatever berries you have on hand, however, if they’re frozen make sure to unfreeze them first (they taste better that way).
You can top it all off with a teaspoon of nut butter.
Spices: salt, pepper, onion powder, ground cumin, and parsley

Peel and grate the potato and the carrot. Once grated, squeeze them with your hands to drain the water out of them and combine them in a bowl together with the lentils. Cut the onion into small cubes and add it to the bowl. Also, add the egg, olive oil, and spices to the mixture and mix them nicely, until they’re combined.

*Note: This is a dose for one person only, if you are doing it for more people, double/triple the ingredients.
