Stir the rolled oats together with the coconut milk, thinly sliced banana, and a teaspoon of cacao. Add them to the microwave for a minute or two, or until the milk warms up.
Once it’s ready, stir in the frozen raspberries, together with the peanut butter. Mix nicely and dig in.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, and toss it on a baking sheet, together with the diced onion, sweet potato, broccoli and mushrooms. Drizzle olive oil over them, season with all of the spices, and mix them nicely.
Cook them in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Cut the celery stalks and fill them in with mashed feta. Top with thin slices of cherry tomatoes.
