Especially if you are not following a workout plan, and you don’t really know what to do, it’s pretty easy to fall off the wagon.

That’s why I made this 30 day workout challenge – to get all of you back on track this bikini season.

We’re bringing on those endorphins, and we’re making fitness so much FUN, while we get the body of our dreams!

How To Do The 30 Day Workout Challenge?

Here are a few things about the summer challenge you have to know:

  • Print out your challenge.
    Check off the white boxes when finishing each day, in order to keep track to how far you’ve come.
  • You have a daily workout schedule from Monday to Friday for 4 weeks.
    Saturday and Sunday are rest days.
  • Do it whenever you have the time.
    There is no rule on when is the best time of the day to do the challenge.
    However, I personally do it first thing in the morning, to get it out of the way and start my day with great energy.
  • Stay consistent.
    It’s only a few minutes a day for the first weeks, so no excuses.
  • Don’t skip days!
    Even if you’re a beginner, the first few days will feel really light. However, they are there for a reason – to warm you up and get you ready gradually on what’s coming next.
    So, don’t skip any days.
  • You can mix it up with another fitness routine.
    This challenge is here to make sure you stay active and in shape even if you’re not working out.
    However, if you already follow a workout plan, you can still do the challenge.
    I personally do the challenge in the morning, and my RADIATE Workout Program in the evening.
