Eating healthy is the best single thing you can do for yourself, your body and soul.

And whenever you eat you make a really important decision about your health.

That’s actually the one time you have full control of  your health by simply choosing the foods you allow to get inside your body.

But if it was that easy, right? :)

We’re making wrong decisions all the time, by simply reaching for the wrong foods, because well we love to eat.

But how?

How do we make the right choice with so much food out there?

I’m more than certain that most of you don’t really know what’s healthy and what’s not.

We know that chocolate is bad, we know donuts are bad, but even when we try to eat healthy we tend to reach for unhealthy foods.

That doesn’t always means you are not trying hard enough, it means you don’t always know what foods are really good for you.

And you’re not the one to blame for that: I blame it on the lack of info and on the marketing that constantly wants to sell products that are not that healthy, yet they make people believe they are by simply adding words like “organic” and “healthy”.

That’s the main topic I talk about in my nutrition plan “The Hungry Fit Girl”, trying to explain how to reach for the right foods, how to recognize unhealthy food and completely avoid it whenever eating a meal.

And it all starts with reaching out for the right foods in the grocery store.

Yes you need the mindset, and yes you need a whole lot of motivation to decide you want to eat healthy and get fit in the first place, but then it all starts in the kitchen.

If you have healthy food in your kitchen, you’ll eat healthy food.

Reaching for the right foods is a choice you make, and everything becomes easier when “I can’t have that” changes into “I don’t want that”.

But, until then you have to make sure you have the right foods in your fridge, otherwise you’ll fight to resist the temptation.

So that’s why today I decided to give you my own healthy printable grocery list, I use whenever I go to a super market.

It helps me remind myself what to buy when I’m out grocery shopping and it sure helps me include some foods that I might have forgotten about.

And we all know how important diversity is when it comes to eating healthy.

So, go grab my healthy eating grocery list by simply leaving your email in the field bellow.

What’s My Free Printable Grocery List About

It’s almost everything I eat on daily basis.

It’s all about healthy food, it’s all about raw instead of packed and real instead of junk.

I know for a fact that if you choose out of these foods, you’ll make the right choice for your body.

Whether you’re trying to lose weight, build muscles or just get healthy overall, eating these foods will help you promote each and every one of your goals.

Now, what precisely I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, you can check in my nutrition plan, “The Hungry Fit Girl”.

I have it all laid out for you there, with every single detail you need to know to start eating healthy today.

I’m often asked if I’m a vegan and if my nutrition plan is vegan, so I want to use this chance to explain that.

I’m not a vegan or vegetarian, but I believe that the healthiest foods on the planet are plants and I include them in each and every one of my meals.

That’s why I often say the meal plan is “vegan friendly”, which means if you’re a vegan you’ll find my meal plan pretty helpful too as you’ll find this grocery list helpful itself.

You’ll just choose out from the foods you want to include in your diet, and that’s about it.

Plus, there are vegan edition menus in my nutrition plan, with 2 week of healthy food meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
