My meal plan is not strictly dedicated to vegans and vegetarians, but it’s about healthy food in general and I believe you’ll find it really helpful if you’re trying to get healthier and eat to get fit, especially since you’re vegetarian/vegan.
You see, vegetarians/vegans are the ones that tend to make most of the mistakes while choosing healthy food for them, since foods that are vegetarian/vegan does not always mean healthy and nutritious foods.
And most vegetarians/vegans are not doing it right, since a plant based diet should contain much more nutrients rather then processed foods our body cannot profit from.
And in my meal plan, I actually add the accent on those plant based proteins and plenty raw foods we should all have in our diets, especially if you’re on a plant based diet.
You’ll even get many vegetarian and vegan ideas for healthy meals, rules on how to combine the foods you eat and how to cook them right to get the nutrients you need.
I believe you’ll find it REALLY helpful, since my meal plan it’s not entirely vegetarian based, but it’s vegan and vegetarian friendly.
