The second one is I love snacking.
And it’s true.
Snacking plays a huge part in my weight loss journey and my life in general.
I like to think of snacks as those small things I do on a daily basis that help me stay sane.
However, I know snacking has been a bad word for so long.
The perception that all snacks are unhealthy is completely wrong, and I’ve done so many articles so far to prove that wrong.
Now there are healthy options out there, however not everyone has the time to prep or cook.

10 Healthy Snacks To Buy
1. Rice Chips
If I had to choose a favorite snack, rice chips would be my most favorite one.
I usually eat it with hummus or homemade dips, and it tastes amazing.
However, you should be careful when choosing since they can be loaded with unhealthy ingredients.
Here’s the one I usually go for since it’s all whole grains, not fried, with olive oil and vegan.
2. Seed Crackers
Who doesn’t like crackers, right?
But finding healthy crackers can be a real challenge.
That’s why I usually make my own homemade crackers.
Luckily I got some amazingly delicious Flax Crackers in my latest Fit Snack box.
They are so good, especially if you like the taste of garlic as much as I do.
And they are a really healthy option I’ll go for in the future.
3. Protein Bars
Protein bars are the guilt free chocolate of my fitness journey.
They are my go-to whenever I feel like eating something sweet.
However, since I started eating vegan, it’s been really hard to find some that taste really good.
My recent favorite is the Hungry Buddha keto bar, also from the Fit Snack subscription box.
I am not a big fan of the keto culture, but this bar is amazing in terms of protein, healthy ingredients, and taste.
4. Mixed Nuts
Nuts have been on the bad rep because of their calories – they are pretty high in calories.
However, that doesn’t change the fact that they are extremely healthy, and should play a huge part in a healthy diet.
I like to have them as a snack, especially when they are mixed.
My latest favorite combo is the Raw Energy Nut Mix.
5. Tortilla Chips
Tortilla chips are a healthier options in general.
Especially if they are made with ingredients other than corn.
I recently found out that they made tortilla chips from cauliflower too, and I just loved the idea.
Tried it out, and fell in love.

6. Raw Bars
I always try to make my own raw bars, since they are pretty easy to make.
All you need are a few of your favorite dried fruits and nuts, you just blend them together, maybe add a little cacao to really get that chocolaty taste, and that’s about it.
However, I always make sure I have some in my snack drawer in case of an emergency.
Here’re my latest favorites…
When it’s air-popped and lightly seasoned, popcorn is a perfectly healthy snack, since it’s a whole grain.
However, for popcorn on the go, I always go for the POP Zero I got in my Fit Snack box.
8. Roasted Beans
From roasted chickpeas and soybeans to edamame and green beans.
What I like most about roasted beans is that they are loaded with proteins like no other snack.
They are also supper crunchy which I really like.
This is my favorite one.
9. Veggie chips
When veggie chips first came out I was screaming inside.
They tasted so good, and most of them were made the healthy way.
However, nowadays they are everywhere and most of them are loaded with unhealthy oils and fats, and are fried.
So, always make sure they are oven baked, and contain healthy ingredients – canola and palm oil are not acceptable by my book.
The Bare Beet Chips is my favorite.
It’s great when an ingredient list has only two ingredients (beets and sea salt) and still tastes as good as this.
10. Nut Butters
And lastly, nut butters.
I know this one is not a snack on its own, however I love using it as a dip for fresh fruit.
Nut butters are loaded with calories, but as I already mentioned, they can find their place in a healthy diet.
My go to nut butter is peanut butter, however my most favorite one is cashew butter.
Also, I always go for raw nut butters and Artisana is one of my go-to brands.
