‘Abs For Girls – The Ultimate Guide On Getting Fit Girls Abs’ – Monica May
Who doesn’t want to get fit girls abs?
I know I do :)
When I first started with fitness, my only obsession was getting those abs.
I think abs are the reason why I made that step to the gym.
And I know I’m not alone – abs are the reason why women start working out and eat healthy in the first place.
However, getting those fit girls abs can be a real nightmare.
Especially when it comes to getting abs for girls.
Yup! Because of our body’s ability to store fat around the belly faster, we suck at abs.
Besides that, abs are probably the hardest muscle group to work on because it’s basically the one covered with the most fat.
That’s why working on getting those abs is a little bit more complex than with any other muscle group.
I know this since I’ve been there too: struggling to get them to show.
Even though my whole body started looking shaped and toned, my abs were still hiding away.
Not to mention that the internet is loaded with so much misleading info that makes it even harder to know the right way to those fit girls abs.
I was basically a fit girl, crunching away after every workout and I was still not seeing results.
And when I finally found the way to six-packs, I can’t wait to share my ‘abs for girls’ guide with all of you.
So girl, if you are on the struggle bus too, no worries, I got you!
Chances are you are committing one or more of the most common abs mistakes that are preventing you from getting those fit girls abs.
Stay with me as we go through each and every single detail including the best workouts for abs.
Let’s jump right into it!
The Reason Why Your ABS Aren’t Showing
The main reason why your abs aren’t showing is you probably have body fat covering them.
As I mentioned, abs are probably the hardest muscle group to work on because it’s basically the one covered with the most fat.
Unfortunately, strong abs aren’t the most important component of a visible six-pack – low body fat is.
This means that if you have too much subcutaneous body fat covering your abdominal area, then no matter how many hours of crunches or leg raises you to do, you won’t be able to get your abs out.
So, to get them, we’ll have to make a balance between doing the right exercises and losing weight overall.
Abs For Girls – The Ultimate Guide
There are so many split opinions when it comes to working on those abs.
Even fitness trainers and athletes can’t seem to share their opinions on how to train them the right way, to get better results faster.
However, they all agree on a few basic things, so let’s get them out of the way for starters.
#1 You’ll Have To Get Fit Overall
Spot Reducing Isn’t Possible
#2 Diet Is The Key
As with any other fitness goal you want to achieve, it’s the same when it comes to getting abs for girls – you’ll have to clean up your diet ASAP.
Diet stands for more than 80% of the fitness results.
And most important of all, you can’t out-train a bad diet.
If you’re constantly relying on malnutrition, sugars, and junks and hope to burn them all with a one hour visit to the gym, you can say goodbye to those abs.
It’s 20% workout and 80% nutrition which means that you can’t burn away your nutrition through a workout no matter how hard you try.
Abs themselves are a result of a perfectly healthy and clean body, loaded with all the right nutrients.
So in order to clean your core from the excess fat, and get those abs out, you will have to clean up your diet first.
You are what you eat, so make sure to be clean, healthy and nutritious.

#5 Diversity Is Everything
Let’s get one thing straight:
There is no such thing as ‘the best ab exercise’.
Yes, there are exercises that work better than others, but you won’t get anywhere by doing just one ab exercise over and over again.
Our abs are a complex muscle group, build-out of many different muscles.
In order to work on all of them, we’ll have to keep them excited by doing different kinds of ab exercises.
And there are a bunch of different ab exercises, but none of them works as good as trying out new exercises daily does.
As I said before, even the top exercises get less and less effective over time if you do them constantly, because the human body has the ability to adapt to particular movements.
You’d be surprised how fast your body can adapt to the exercises you do.
That’s why it’s important to be diverse in fitness and not focus on one or two or even 5 exercises.
Instead, try out different moves daily to keep your abs excited and challenged on a daily basis.
The Best Fit Girls Abs Exercises
And finally, let’s talk about the best abs exercises.
As I said before, diversity is key and there’s not a single exercise that will help you get those abs – you’ll have to change up the exercises to make the most out of your training sessions.
However, there are certain exercises that work better than others.
So, here’s a list of the exercises that work best, and the ones I found work best, at least for me.
#1 V-Ups
#2 Kick Ups
#3 Towel Hook-Ups
#4 Eifel Towers
#5 Knees To Chest
#6 Finger Reach

Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or
something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit,
but instead of that, this is excellent blog. An excellent read.
I will certainly be back.
This excellent website truly has all the information I wanted concerning this subject and
didn’t know who to ask.
I love the advice!!
should you do an ab workout before or after cardio on cardio day?
You can do them after the cardio workout, even dough it’s not a mistake if you do them before it either.
How many of each stomach workout should you do?
